Construction Law & Litigation

When you hire a contractor, I expect the work to be completed properly, on time, and according to the agreement we signed.
Unfortunately, construction projects don’t always go according to plan. Disputes can arise over workmanship, delays, payments, change orders, defects, or simply what the original contract actually required.
When a significant investment is involved, I don’t want assumptions or misunderstandings deciding the outcome. I want to understand my rights, my obligations, and the options available to resolve the problem.
Just tell them: “I go to Bill.”
